Satisfaction Guarantee Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Verbal Armour Skills. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the courses you have studied, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you.
Making an Exchange If you want to exchange your enrolment for another course, please Contact Us and we will advise you how to proceed. Once we have confirmed your new course enrolment, if there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you. Refunds Verbal Armour Skills will organize a refund if a minimum of 7 days notice is given, or the course is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. We can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. Please Contact Us so we can assist you with this process. We will:
- refund your credit card, or
- provide an Electronic Funds Transfer for Direct Debit or Cheque payments.
- the wrong course, we will be happy to refund the full course costs as long as a minimum of 7 days notice is given.
- a course that is starting within 7 days, then 75% of the course fees can be refunded.
- a course that has commenced, we will refund 75% of the course fees pro-rata for the remaining period of the course
How to Enrol Verbal Armour Skills offers the choice of online or offline enrolment facilities. You can enrol online using our Shopping Cart facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
